Job Description

Summary
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, manage team performance, and drive continuous improvement. You’ll be responsible for maintaining workflow, enforcing safety protocols, and supporting company standards including ISO 9001, HACCP, and food safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Set and communicate production goals and schedules.
Supervise and support production staff, including training and coaching.
Monitor output and ensure quality standards are met.
Coordinate shift changes, onboarding, and performance reviews.
Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Collaborate with other departments to meet production targets.
Skills/Qualifications:
5–10 years of manufacturing experience; supervisory experience required.
Background in paper or food production is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with manufacturing equipment.
High school diploma required; technical or engineering degree preferred.
Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physically able to walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 20 lbs for extended periods.
