Now Hiring: Behavior Technician – Entry-Level Opportunity in ABA Therapy About Us We are a mission-driven provider of

This is an excellent role for
entry-level psychology students or recent graduates, as well as those pursuing careers in
mental health, social work, or education. No experience in ABA? No problem! We offer 40hr RBT training and support you in becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (psychology, education, social work, child development, or related field)
- Spanish fluency is preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation (no third-party services such as Uber, Taxi or a driver)
- Must be comfortable working in clients’ homes
- Commitment to working with children with developmental disabilities

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home settings
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and document session data accurately
- Support skill-building in communication, social interaction, and daily routines
- Collaborate with supervisors, families, and other team members
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and their families
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision
Skills & Qualifications:
- English is required
- Spanish is preferred but not required
- Passion for working with children and making a positive impact
- Interest in psychology, education, or behavior therapy
- Patience, empathy, and professionalism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong observational and problem-solving abilities
