Accounting Specialist Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts payable, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations
• Manage accounts receivable, processing customer invoices, payments, and collections
• Process payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees
• Perform bank and account reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting best practices

Accounting Specialist Requirements:

• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
