Job Description

We're a fast-growing aviation team looking for an experienced Aircraft Painter to help keep our aircraft looking sharp and performing at their best. If you have a strong background in stripping, sanding, priming, and painting corporate or commercial jets, this is your chance to grow with us.

What You’ll Do:

• Prep surfaces, sand, mask, and apply primer and topcoat.
• Lay out and paint trim schemes.
• Mix paint to spec and inspect finished work.
• Operate lifts and maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Support other maintenance and paint-related tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5-10 years of recent aircraft painting experience.
• High school diploma or GED (Associate degree a plus).
• Valid driver’s license (Passport preferred).
• Able to read drawings, wear PPE, and pass FAA-required checks.
• Comfortable working outside, on different shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Bonus Skills:

• Forklift/scissor lift certified.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and aviation software like Corridor.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
