Job Responsibilities:
Conduct property tours and lease/pre-lease apartments
Present, explain, and complete lease and renewal agreements
Inspect apartments and report necessary improvements
Generate leads through referrals, networking, and outreach marketing
Maintain a strong closing ratio to meet community leasing goals
Plan and organize resident events
Support social media marketing efforts and brand management
Maintain a professional and customer-focused demeanor
Assist property managers and adhere to company policies
Monitor parking areas for unauthorized vehicles
Communicate work progress and updates to residents
Perform additional duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of on-site apartment leasing experience
Professional office demeanor with excellent communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software (Onsite, Yardi, or similar systems)
Self-motivated, results-driven, and an assertive closer
Must be at least 18 years of age
Bilingual required
Additional Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to stand, walk, and communicate effectively with staff and residents
