Certified Automotive Technician – Everett, WA $30.00–$45.00/hr | Competitive Benefits | $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Master Certified Technicians Are you a skilled Automotive Technician looking for a better opportunity? We’re hiring Certified Automotive Technicians for our on-site location in Everett, WA. We offer competitive pay and benefits above industry standards in a fast-paced, supportive environment. What You’ll Do: * Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and mechanical services for both light and heavy repairs in accordance with company policies. * Accurately diagnose malfunctions and complete necessary repairs, including replacement of parts and components. * Conduct preventative maintenance services such as fluid replacements, oil changes, brake adjustments, coolant services, and filter services. * Perform tire services (rotation, replacement, mounting, and balancing). * Road-test vehicles to ensure all repairs address customer concerns and meet safety standards. * Maintain cleanliness and care of customer vehicles throughout the repair process. * Keep up with training, technical bulletins, and factory updates. * Work with the Parts Department to secure necessary components. * Advise Service Advisors of additional needed work or repair changes. What We’re Looking For: * 5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience * Nissan Certification preferred (Master Certified Technicians eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus) * Current and valid driver's license with a clean MVR * Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills * Physical ability to assemble, lift, and repair large automotive parts * Excellent verbal communication and a professional demeanor * Knowledge of and ability to utilize and maximize digital tools (e.g., repair software, diagnostic platforms, communication apps) * Ability to work independently with strong time management and organizational skills Compensation & Benefits: * $30.00–$45.00 per hour, based on certifications and experience
