Profile:

As a Beauty Advisor, your key accountabilities will be to recommend and assist customer in selecting the ideal product suitable for their individual preferences and needs. You will also be expected to build and maintain good relationship with customers to ensure customer retention.

Responsibilities:

• Attend to customer request and enquiries on cosmetic and skincare products

• Recommend the ideal beauty product to customer according to their individual preference through knowledge sharing

• Maintain good relationship with customer to build customer loyalty

• Basic housekeeping of work area

• Assist in retail operation, e.g. stock take

• May be required to be involved in new beauty product launches and related events

Requirements

Knowledge & Skills:

• Possess good communication, interpersonal skills and good team player
• Pleasant disposition and well groomed
• Effective communication skills and good customer services
• Retail sales target achievement
• Customer relationship management - maintain and create new customer profile
• Ensure inventory management for individual counter
• Ensure excellent customer service is given to the customer (e.g. product knowledge)

Education & Experience:

• Minimum SPM educational level
• Experience in beauty, skin care or cosmetic products will be an advantage
• Excellent customer service and sales oriented
• Willing to commit to retail operational hours
