Bilingual Telephone Interviewer Location San Juan, PR :

Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Telephone Interviewer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting telephone interviews to gather qualitative research data and insights. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a professional phone etiquette, and the ability to engage with diverse respondents.

Duties

• Conduct telephone interviews with participants to collect qualitative research data in English and Spanish.
• Ensure adherence to established interview protocols and guidelines.
• Utilize effective phone etiquette to create a positive experience for respondents.
• Accurately record responses and data entry during interviews.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the interviewing process.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
• Candidates must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Responsible and punctual.
• No experience necessary as a full paid training is provided.
