Part-Time Job with Full-Time Pay ! The Brand Ambassador at Apex Windows and Baths Earns More Than You Might Expect!

Be the face and voice of  Apex Windows and Baths . As a successful candidate, you will be involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting our products through various local area shows and events. You will work closely with our sales and marketing division to achieve goals and objectives. Be able to successfully communicate the value of our products to customers, track customer feedback, and most importantly network in shows and events. You must have a strong presence on social media during events. 

You will report directly to our Events Team Manager and be supported by our Team Leads, Sales Trainers, Customer Service & Operations professionals, and all levels of regional leadership.

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Previous marketing experience is preferred, but we’ve had great success with recent graduates and individuals who have worked in retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles!

  Brand Ambassador Responsibilities  

• Familiarize yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.
• Work closely with sales and marketing staff to conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Educate customers, retailers, and distributors about our products.
• Create website and social media content in order to drive brand awareness and attract new customers.
• Build rapport with customers and vendors.
• Monitor customer feedback and escalate complaints to the marketing department.
• Track customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns.
• Represent the company at product launches, events, and trade shows.
• Brainstorm ideas and participate in training and workshops.
• Always maintain a positive image of the brand.
