As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting both residential and commercial customers by providing prompt, professional assistance via phone, email, and text. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services through phone, email, and text messaging
• Assist customers with account management, including service changes, billing questions, cancellations, and missed pickups
• Accurately complete forms and data entry to ensure correct billing and account adjustments
• Generate credit and debit memos as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer needs efficiently
• Work as part of a team to achieve collective customer service goals
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously (phone, email, text)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well under pressure and time constraints
• Bilingual in Spanish or Russian is a plus
• Sales experience is desired
• Experience in the waste industry is a plus

Compensation

$20.00- 22.00 per hour (non-exempt, hourly)
