Now Hiring: Customer Service Canvassers

We are one of the most established field marketing companies in the state, and we’re looking for motivated Canvassers / Appointment Setters to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll engage with residents in local neighborhoods to provide information, answer questions, and help schedule appointments.

Responsibilities:

Conduct door-to-door outreach to connect with potential customers

Engage with people in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner

Share basic information about our services and answer common questions

Set appointments for interested individuals with our service team

Report insights and interactions to your manager

Hit daily or weekly goals for outreach and appointment setting

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills

Outgoing, positive attitude and comfort speaking with new people

Bilingual is a plus

Experience in canvassing, fundraising, or customer-facing roles is helpful

Self-motivated and reliable

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Leadership experience (or interest) is a bonus — opportunities to supervise available

Compensation:

$30/hour+

$50,000 – $75,000 per year (based on performance)

Uncapped commission + performance bonuses

Monthly bonuses

Full training provided — no experience needed for the right person
