Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and partners, responding to inquiries and providing guidance with professionalism and care.

• Maintain accurate client records, manage follow-ups, and ensure timely communication.

• Support leadership in coordinating client activities, programs, and initiatives.

• Assist in identifying ways to improve client satisfaction and strengthen relationships.

• Prepare materials, reports, and communications to support internal and external engagement.

• Uphold company standards of integrity, teamwork, and excellent client service.
