We’re seeking a motivated Client Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients and community partners. No experience required — we provide paid training, hands-on learning, and clear opportunities for career growth.
This entry-level role is perfect for individuals who are professional, organized, and eager to start a career in client relations, communications, community engagement, or business support . You’ll learn how to manage client needs, support daily operations, and help deliver an outstanding experience to the partners we serve.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and community partners
Respond to inquiries and provide clear, supportive guidance
Maintain accurate client records, manage follow-ups, and ensure timely communication
Assist leadership in coordinating client activities, programs, and outreach initiatives
Identify ways to improve client satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships
Prepare reports, materials, and communications for internal and external use
Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and commitment to excellent service
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional, friendly, and solution-oriented demeanor
Highly organized and detail-focused
Able to handle multiple priorities in a collaborative team environment
Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required
