ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Lead CNO Developer to join our team in Aurora, CO. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Design and develop new hardware or software based CNO capabilities.Independently contribute to the designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging of applications software and systems.Apply senior level knowledge of security concepts and networks.Provide guidance to other CNO developers on the team.Ensure software standards are met. Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experienceProficiency in Python and C/C++ programmingExperience with troubleshooting and debuggingExperience with networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programmingExperience with CNO capability development Preferred Qualifications:Experience with software analysis and reverse engineeringExperience with low-level internals in one or more technology areas (e.g. Windows, Unix, Mobile, Network devices)Experience with unit testingExperience using Atlassian products such as JIRA, Confluence, Crucible or similarExperience managing or leading teamsUnderstanding of assembly programming concepts Security Clearance Requirements:Must have active/current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance Physical Requirements:The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
