Job Title: Control Room Operator III
Location: Spring, TX
Schedule: 14/14 Rotation Position Overview
We are seeking a Control Room Operator III to support daily operations Spring, TX. This role is responsible for operating wells and equipment in compliance with company safety and operational standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in pipeline operations, production facilities, midstream systems, tank batteries, and compressor stations , along with a proven commitment to safety, reliability, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily work objectives with a focus on safety, housekeeping, environmental, and security standards
• Participate in toolbox and safety meetings, contributing to operational readiness
• Continuously monitor wells and equipment, identifying and implementing optimization or corrective actions
• Perform basic maintenance activities as an Equipment Care Technician
• Accurately report alarms, abnormal situations, and system shutdowns; escalate as needed
• Provide clear, detailed information during shift handovers to ensure operational continuity
• Coordinate and monitor corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities
• Record operational events in logbooks and maintain accurate documentation
• Collect and analyze product samples; perform field laboratory tests as required
• Support and participate in emergency response activities
• Diagnose well performance issues and ensure proper troubleshooting before Wellwork interventions
• Ensure wellheads and surface equipment are in proper condition prior to Wellwork operations
• Provide ongoing support for Wellwork and pipeline operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Completed secondary education; prior experience as a Field Technician required
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• High standard of Safety, Health, and Environmental aptitude with the ability to influence others
• Extensive knowledge of pipeline operations and field production processes
• Familiarity with safety and operations management tools, processes, and Emergency Preparedness Procedures
• Understanding of Project Philosophy, Design Specifications, relevant regulations, and commercial agreements
• Hands-on experience with production, midstream, tank battery, compressor station, or onshore field operations
