Are you a hard-working individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for a part time morning and evening cook at our busy quick service restaurant. We need someone who can handle preparing food stations, cooking, and ensuring that all food safety and storage regulations are followed. Our ideal candidate has food industry experience, preferably in fast food, quick service, or fast casual restaurants, and a willingness to learn. We need a team player who is ready to work alongside other crew members and has excellent time-management skills. If this describes you, apply today! Responsibilities:

• Control the grill and cook the food in accordance with the directions on the meal order slips or in verbal instructions
• Maintain work stations, including all countertops, utensils, equipment, and refrigeration in a clean and sanitary condition per health and safety regulations
• Finish each shift by sweeping the floor, mopping, cleaning countertops, and wiping down any other surfaces that were used
• Ready food stations by washing, cutting, dicing, and chopping items needed for food prep
• Recognize and adhere to quality requirements for meats, vegetables, fruits, and dairy products, as well as correct storage and waste management

Qualifications:

• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
• Ability to understand and comply with kitchen sanitation, safety and equipment usage, and food storage regulations
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• We prefer some experience working in the fast food or quick service restaurant industry
• Candidates must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic
