Job Description

Fast-growing real estate team looking for a courier/runner to install lock boxes, directional signs, etc., and help advertise our open houses. As a runner, you should enjoy working outside, manual labor, and take pride in seeing your work displayed all over town. You must have flexibility in your schedule, your own transportation, be customer-focused, and reside within 10 miles of Laurel, Md. Responsibilities:

• Install and remove lock boxes, and signs (directionals, open house, etc.) from properties
• Keep an accurate inventory of signs & lock boxes
• Running errands and completing misc. tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license
• Reside within 10 miles of Laurel, MD
• Flexible availability
• Up to approximately 20 hours per week
• Clean driving record
• Must be able to work physically in all weather conditions
• Organized with a high degree of integrity
• Self Starter
• Excellent English
• Problem solver, intuitive, and a team player
