Responsibilities: • Handling a diverse caseload of criminal cases from start to finishing (including trial) throughout South Florida. • Conducting legal research, drafting motions, and preparing for trials. • Representing clients in hearings, negotiations, and trials. • Providing compassionate, honest guidance to clients throughout their case. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for an experienced Criminal Defense Attorney who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and ready to hustle: • Passionate about criminal defense and eager to fight for clients.. Someone who vies this as more than just a job, rather it's a calling. • Skilled in legal research, case preparation, and courtroom advocacy. • Communicative and able to connect with clients and our team, guiding them through difficult times. • Team-oriented and enjoys collaborating with colleagues while also being self-driven and taking ownership of cases. • Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and in good standing. • Minimum of 2 years in criminal law as either a prosecutor or defense attorney.
