Job Description

Salary: $110,000 - 150,000 per year Requirements:

• I require at least four years of combined experience in roles such as security control validator, security control assessor, Information System Security Officer (ISSO), or Information System Security Manager (ISSM).
• I need at least two years of experience supporting the development of information system security authorization packages in accordance with the Risk Management Framework (NIST 800-37, 800-53, 800-53a).
• I expect you to have at least two years of experience working with the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP).
• A Security+ certification is mandatory.

• As a Cybersecurity subcontractor professional, you will execute all aspects of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) directives to support the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
• You will assist information system owners in the development of System Security Plans (SSPs) and Security Assessment Reports (SARs) using the existing RSA Archer application on the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Network (NNPP Net), aiding in information system authorization.
• Additionally, you will help in developing Plans of Action and Milestone (POA&Ms) and Risk Based Decisions (RBDs) for deficiencies found during the information system authorization process.

- The positions are available in West Mifflin, PA and Schenectady, NY, with one candidate to be filled at each location, or both candidates at a single location.
- You will need a Department of Energy Q clearance or the ability to obtain one, and please note that the start date will be delayed until clearance is approved, which could take six months or longer.
- The job duration is for one year with four option years, starting from the earliest possible date of May 5, 2025.
- The job allows for 25% teleworking, with 75% onsite work required in West Mifflin, PA and/or Schenectady, NY, and the salary range is between $110,000 and $150,000, based on qualifications and experience, with additional benefits such as health insurance and paid time off. Employment type would be full-time or contract.
