REQUIRED SKILLS
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or data governance within IT, finance, or operations domains.
MUST HAVE: ServiceNow data structures (CMDB, ITSM, or ITAM modules) and reporting.
Experience with Apptio (required).
Strong SQL, Excel, and Power BI skills; experience with data integrations (APIs, ETL, or data pipelines) a plus.
Understanding of ITIL processes, cost modeling, and technology service taxonomies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
Strong Communication skills
Knowledge of Technology Business Management (TBM)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with data mining and predictive modeling techniques
Ability to use data to drive business outcomes and decisions
Knowledge of Power BI and/or integration with Power BI
