We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Remote Data Entry Specialist to support our team by inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems. This is a fully remote position ideal for individuals who enjoy routine tasks, working independently, and ensuring data accuracy.
Enter and update data into spreadsheets, databases, or internal systems.
Review and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry.
Communicate with team members via email or chat as needed.
Perform light administrative tasks as requested.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills (typing, internet navigation, email).
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar software.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Reliable internet connection and a computer or laptop.
Work from home with flexible hours.
