Independent Delivery Driver (1099 Contractor) – Sterling/Rock Falls Area

Looking for flexible work where you can stay independent — but still be part of something professional?
We're hiring delivery drivers (1099 contractors) to deliver prepared orders locally in the Sterling and Rock Falls area. Drivers keep 100% of the $4.99 delivery fee plus all tips. Pay is processed within 24 hours of completing deliveries.
Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Sunday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

• View addresses, order details, and delivery pay instantly
• Track your daily earnings in real time
• Deliver orders quickly, cleanly, and professionally

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver orders promptly and safely
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance (no baggy sweatpants, pajamas, or visibly dirty clothing)
• Communicate politely and respectfully with customers and staff
• Use the driver app for managing orders and payments

Skills

• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Good sense of direction and time management
• Comfortable using a smartphone for deliveries
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Able to work independently without supervision
