This role involves providing on-site audio/video (A/V) support for live events and recording sessions. The A/V Analyst will prepare, operate, and maintain A/V IT equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, collaborate with event teams, and provide training. Some travel to other New Jersey offices is required. The position requires extensive experience in A/V technologies, troubleshooting, and help desk support within a Windows environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare, operate, support, and maintain audio/video IT equipment during recording sessions or live events.
- Collaborate with presenters, producers, directors, and other team members to achieve desired audio/video results.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to audio, video, and IT equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot both A/V and PC-related technical issues.
- Work with senior management supporting events in a fast-changing environment.
- Work as part of a team or independently.
- Prepare documentation, conduct knowledge transfer, and train staff, presenters, and technical staff.
- Document processes and associated materials to support knowledge transfer.
- Travel to alternative work office locations (Newark, Trenton, Cherry Hill regions) as needed.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Strong understanding of sound dynamics and acoustics.
- 3+ years of experience in audio/video production using various technologies and software.
- 5 years of hands-on help desk experience within the Windows environment.
- 3+ years of experience troubleshooting technical issues related to audio and video.
- 3+ years of experience documenting processes and providing knowledge transfer.
- 5 years of experience troubleshooting PC hardware issues.
- Experience with virtual conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, Skype, GoTo Meetings, Webex).
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience with Crestron, Extron, Polycom, Adobe, and Camtasia.

- Absences greater than two weeks require advance approval from management and provision of contact information. Failure to return by the agreed-upon date may result in dismissal.
- Employee must have their own vehicle; travel is not reimbursed.
