**Role Overview** **Sodexo Energy & Resource** is seeking a **Director 2 - Facilities Operations** to work with an **Oil & Gas** client in **Houston, TX.** The Director 2 - Facilities Operations will be responsible for managing multiple site services including, but not limited to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire life safety, and financial performance.This role is focused on commercial real estate facility management, not oil field services or drilling operations.Sodexo provides our corporate service partners with a diverse range of food services and integrated facilities management possibilities. From restaurants to delivery options, to streamlined operations and cutting-edge technology, Sodexo creates a safe, vibrant, and eco-friendly workplace. **What You'll Do** + manage multiple functions of building operations and maintenance for the facility, with knowledge of mechanical, HVAC, structural, architectural, energy management/sustainability, electrical, environmental & safety, and financials + develop and maintain positive client relationships and conduct client meetings on unresolved facility issues as well as communicate results + manage and coach staff along with service providers to deliver excellent service levels within budget + research and implement new processes and technology + understand the management of capital projects **What We Offer** Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
