Job Title: 2nd Shift Dispatcher – Produce Cold Storage Facility

Schedule: Full-Time | 1:00 PM – Close (Approx. Midnight, Peak Season)

Pay: Starting at $17.50/hour

Description:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated 2nd Shift Dispatcher to join our team at a fast-paced produce cold storage facility. This role is crucial for coordinating outbound and inbound shipments and ensuring smooth communication between warehouse staff, drivers, and customers. Ideal candidates will have shipping experience, strong computer skills, and the flexibility to work extended hours during our busy season.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with forklift drivers for incoming and outgoing product
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate shipping records using warehouse software
• Monitor inventory movement and ensure timely dispatches
• Adapt to dynamic shipping needs and peak season demands

Requirements:

• Previous experience in shipping
• Proficient with computers and dispatching systems
• Reliable, punctual, and open to overtime
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
