We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sewer & Drain Plumbing Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial sewer and drain systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Must have 3-5 years' experience in this position.
• Complete all drain cleaning, jetting, and cable work related to in-home, service calls.
• Provide camera service for every mainline stoppage within 24 hours of the report.
• Know how to establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services.
• Educate and assist customers on the importance of sewer repair and replacement.
• Help customers select the right maintenance plan and understand warranty information.
• Explain reasons for blockage and illustrate how you will resolve the issue.
• Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
• Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure the overall success of the business.
• Protect drain cleaning and camera equipment and keep a well-inventoried truck.
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, trade shows, and retreats.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs.
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, curbside feedback, and options sheets.

Requirements :

- Previous experience in drain cleaning or related field preferred
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including climbing, digging, and lifting heavy objects
- Proficient in using cabling machines, hand tools, and heavy equipment for drain maintenance and repair

-OSHA
- Familiarity with fiber splicing techniques for underground drainage systems is a plus
- Knowledge of safety procedures when working with high voltage equipment is essential
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required
