The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer/Analyst is responsible for the development, maintenance, and provisioning of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. The role involves working with business users to improve processes and systems, assessing requirements, delivering recommendations, and creating documentation and reports. This position requires a strong understanding of Dynamics CRM best practices, configurations, custom development, and integration. The candidate must be able to balance business needs with technological feasibility.

Responsibilities:
- Implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM-based business solutions.
- Designing, installing, configuring, and customizing Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Working with business users to improve processes and systems.
- Assessing processes, determining requirements, and delivering recommendations.
- Creating design documentation and reports.
- Engaging with business users to understand how changes can improve efficiencies.
- Conducting research and analysis to develop solutions to business problems.
- Maintaining requirements, change requests, and tracking gaps between software and business requirements.
- Preparing project documentation.
- Reviewing current system data structure and modeling new data structures.
- Evaluating and mapping existing data structure fields for legacy data migration.
- Creating test cases and reporting on outcomes.
- Troubleshooting Dynamics CRM errors and performance issues.
- Creating and maintaining task, knowledge transfer, and FAQ documentation.
- Packaging Dynamics 365 solutions and deploying them to higher instances (QA, UAT, Prod).
