Job Summary:

Medaltus is hiring a full-time Brand Manager, who will be entrepreneurial, self-guided, and motivated to thrive in an independent and innovative environment. This position will work collaboratively with Company Leadership, Customer Service, Advertising, and Graphic Design, and report to the Chief Operating Officer. The ideal candidate will possess a unique combination of both creative and analytical skills. A passion for learning is a must, as the world of eCommerce & brand marketing is always evolving.

The Brand Manager will be directly responsible for driving product sales and ensuring multiple brands profitability across all managed platforms, with a focus on revenue growth, margin optimization, and strategic execution. Strong organizational and project management skills are essential to your success in this role.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Own brand performance across Amazon, Walmart, askderm, and other DTC channels, with direct accountability for sales targets, profitability, and growth KPIs
• Organize, prioritize, and implement new brand and product launches across multiple platforms
• Lead strategic planning for marketplace positioning, product launches, and advertising initiatives to meet brand goals
• Work collaboratively with graphic designer to create and facilitate marketing campaigns across web, social, email, and in-store
• Work with advertising team to analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and marketing effectiveness to optimize channel-specific strategies and improve ROI
• Manage the creation and execution of monthly marketing calendar for specific brands
• Manage communications with marketplaces
• Communicate effectively & regularly with brand partners to include monthly / quarterly analytic and sales updates
• Continuously educate & update on the latest industry data & trends
• QC digital assets before implementation
• Keyword research & optimization
• SEO optimization & reporting
• Advertising creation & management
• Work collaboratively with graphic designer to create and update content and layout of brand pages and product pages across askderm & marketplaces
• Writing blog content

Qualifications:
• 4+ years of prior digital marketing experience
• 3+ years experience managing customer relationships
• Degree in Marketing or similar discipline
• Proven written, verbal, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency with marketing & advertising campaigns, digital or analog
• Familiarity with project management techniques & systems
• Excellent collaborator and self-directed
• Experience working with Shopify, WordPress, others
• Experience working within the Admin side of Amazon and Walmart.com Seller Marketplace Platforms
• PPC Campaign management (Amazon, Google, social)
• Social media marketing (paid + organic)
• Google Analytics
• Email marketing

• Proficiency in:
• Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Graphic Design- Canva, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator a plus
• Creative writing
• Aesthetic detail oriented and attention to detail
• Keeping up to date with modern technologies
• HTML & other web coding a plus

About this position:
• Full-time position paid bi-weekly
• Located at Medaltus office in Ladson, SC
