We are seeking a talented and creative Entry-Level Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a full-time position, with 40 hours per week. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs. You will work closely with our Senior Graphic Designer and Marketing team to ensure that all designs align with our brand and effectively communicate our message to our audience.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing materials, including print and digital ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, and website graphics
- Develop and maintain brand identity through consistent use of design elements
- Create and edit images and graphics for use in training materials and presentations
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns
- Ensure all designs align with company branding guidelines and standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
- Experience with video editing and animation is a plus
