The Dallas Bulls are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to plan, organize, and execute a variety of team-related events. This role supports game-day operations, fan engagement activities, community outreach, and corporate events, ensuring each event runs smoothly and delivers a memorable experience for all stakeholders.
Plan and coordinate all aspects of team events including home games, fan experiences, charity events, press conferences, and corporate functions.
Liaise with vendors, sponsors, venue staff, and internal departments to ensure event logistics are flawlessly executed.
Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor contracts.
Oversee setup, execution, and breakdown of events, including staffing and volunteer coordination.
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote events and engage fans.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and league regulations during events.
Collect feedback and analyze event performance to improve future activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Sports Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in event planning, preferably in sports or entertainment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Proficiency with event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Passion for sports and fan engagement.
Experience working with sponsors and corporate partners.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
