Summary of Duties:

Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision. Interact professionally with team members, guests, and vendors. Work effectively as a contributing team member on all assignments. Work independently while understanding the necessity for communication and coordination with other team members and departments. Maintain strict confidentiality of privileged, proprietary, guest, and employer information during and beyond employment. Adhere to all work rules, policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Position Purpose:

To provide friendly, efficient, and consistent food and beverage service to guests across multiple venues, ensuring an exceptional guest experience in a clean and safe environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Prepare and serve quality food and beverage items according to established recipes, presentation, and safety standards.
• Become knowledgeable of all menu items across assigned venues (Backwoods, Bistro, and Sweet Bar).
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process orders, record sales, and handle payments.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized workstations, service areas, and dining spaces.
• Restock supplies and inventory as needed, report shortages or maintenance concerns promptly.
• Follow all food safety ordinances, health regulations, and Title 31 requirements.
• Provide courteous, professional, and efficient guest service while promoting a positive guest experience.
• Prepare short-order items, espresso and specialty beverages, and dessert or ice cream orders as required.
• Follow cash handling and tip reporting procedures.
• Support team operations through flexibility and cross-training at all Food & Beverage outlets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Requires valid Food Handler’s Permit.

Work Requirements:

• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Gaming License.
• Must be able to obtain a Liquor License.
