The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Food Safety Auditor to join our team at Allianz Field in Saint Paul, Minnesota. As a Food Safety Auditor, you will help to ensure all food safety procedures are followed to ensure our team members and guests are kept safe.

Pay

$22.00 - $23.00 / hour

What will you do?

• Walk the health department auditors around on game days and oversee the inspections.
• Assist in overseeing the quality and food safety programs, including implementation and documentation.
• Complete internal audit programs for quality and food safety plans for events.
• Monitor general cleaning tasks in all work areas.
• Perform the calibration of recording and measuring equipment.
• Record any issues found during inspections.
• Partner with the leadership team to share results from inspections; make recommendations when required.

More about you

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Availibility to work home gamedays which will include nights, weekends and holidays.
• ServSafe Food Manager Certification is preferred.

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
• Standing and walking for entire length of shift.
• Exposed to outside temperatures, hot and cold.
