We are seeking an experienced and detailed-oriented **FI Assistant Relationship Manager** to join our team at MUFG Bank, Seoul branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for Supporting RMs to promote a range of MUFG products and services to various customers financial institution clients for both inbound/outbound, including but not limited to corporate, institutional, and governmental customers within the local Country by organizing and receiving/sending documents, aggregating data/materials, entering/inputting/editing data, copying data/materials, maintaining related documentation.
**What you will be doing(R&R):**
+ Support to senior coverage bankers in managing client relationships by responding to client requests, conducting daily internal/external communications and creating relevant documentations.
+ Support senior bankers in exploring financial solutions for existing/prospect clients by understanding client profiles / requirements as well as bank's product capacity.
+ Prepare client pitch materials, account strategies and other internal documentation in relations to coverage function. deliver financial solutions to mitigate risk to the Bank as well as conducting complex data modeling to support Relationship Managers in decision making on the feasibility of deals
+ Support the delivery of relevant banking services to customers to meet revenue targets for the department
+ Support to develop business opportunities by aggregating data from market research requested by RM team.
+ Collaborate with key stakeholders for timely review of internal ratings / credit facilities, KYCs / compliance DDs, transaction documentations etcSupport by working in partnership with Credit on any credit issues requested by RM team.
+ Support by working in partnership with various internal / external parties to manage portfolio of FI clients. seek advice and support in relation to the deal if requested by RM team
+ Support senior to prepare/develop presentation/pitch material for the customer coverage bankers in achieving various financial / non-financial KPIs
+ Support to prepare deal proposals and credit
+ Support in managing the risk profile for the department
+ Support collecting information from various sources including but not limited to customer's financial statements, company accounts and sector data to support in assessing the deal
**What we are looking for (Qualification):**
+ Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business administration or Economics major preferred (not mandatory)
+ Minimum 3 years of experience 7 years below
+ Excellent communication skills both in verbal and written English/Korean
+ Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
+ Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
+ Interpersonal skills
+ Active and fast learner
