Holiday and After-School Crew Member – “Caramel Comrade”

The Caramel Tree in Rigby is hiring energetic, reliable teens to join our crew this holiday season and beyond. December is our Super Bowl—we move fast, have fun, and make a ton of sweetness happen. If you can bring energy, focus, and determination, this is the team for you.

• High-Energy Holiday Season: Be part of something big. This is our busiest and most exciting time of year.
• After-School Friendly: Weekday shifts end by 7pm; Fridays and Saturdays end by 6pm. You’ll still have time for schoolwork, sports, or friends.

What We Expect

• Commitment: Available 2–3 days a week and flexible to cover extra shifts as needed.
• December Priority: Available every day leading up to Christmas (you likely won’t work every day, but we need you committed if called).
• Hustle: Speed matters. One slow person can keep the whole team late. We expect focus and quick work.
• Energy & Attitude: Come ready to work hard, stay positive, and bring fun energy to the crew.
• Quality Mindset: “How you do something is how you do everything.” Every caramel, apple, and gift basket must be handled with care.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and serve customers with friendliness and confidence
• Build gift baskets and package products quickly and carefully
• Restock shelves and keep the store clean and organized
• Answer phones and offer product suggestions when needed
• Jump in wherever needed—flexibility is part of the holiday hustle
