Your core focus will be on supporting recruitment and onboarding, with a special emphasis on
roles within the linguistics field—from translators and editors to our operational and marketing

**Your Key Responsibilities:**
In this role, you will be providing essential support to our HR department through the following
activities:
* Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Support: You'll be responsible for creating and posting job
advertisements on specialized platforms and social media. You will then review incoming
resumes and conduct direct searches to identify potential candidates for both full-time and
freelance positions.
* Interview Coordination: You will act as the point of contact for scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and our hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone involved.
* Onboarding Coordination: You will help organize and manage the onboarding process for new hires. This involves preparing materials, coordinating schedules, and ensuring their first days with us are seamless and engaging.
* Special Projects: You'll also have the opportunity to jump in and support other HR initiatives and projects as they arise, giving you a broad view of our people operations.
**What We're Looking For:**
- An academic background in Linguistics, Languages, or a related field is highly preferred and
will help you thrive here.
- Fluent English with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- **Russian** language (at least written)
- A natural organizer with high attention to detail, efficient time-management, and strong
organizational skills.
- A positive, proactive, and eager-to-learn attitude. You're ready to be a supportive team player
in our remote environment.
- The practical setup for remote work: a reliable internet connection, a quiet and distractionfree workspace, a PC/Laptoo, and a headset.
