What You’ll Do:

• Develop and communicate HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employment verifications and unemployment claims.
• Track attendance, leave requests, and maintain HR files.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and pre-employment steps.
• Post job ads, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interview logistics and candidate communications.
• Track daily labor assignments and support real-time staffing.
• Administer and ensure compliance with DOT/FAA drug & alcohol testing.
• Handle phones, greet visitors, and manage HR office tasks.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years in HR, admin support, or recruiting.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Degree in HR or related field preferred.
• DOT/FAA drug testing knowledge a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.
