Position overview

As an Interaction Design Intern you will work alongside the CRM Strategist to assist the CRM team with critical path 2025 initiatives that support building exceptional luxury customer experiences.  You will help define, design, and iterate on Porsche Cars North America digital products that we build.

Roles & responsibilities

• Collaborates with CRM strategy, product management and engineering to assist in design initiatives
• Supports the CRM team with developing visual design mockups, concepts and infographics
• Analyzes research data and documents insights in the research repository
• Support heuristic evaluations or our customer experiences for our various audiences
• Presents designs through visual, verbal and written communication

Goals and Objectives

• Thorough understanding of the process, tools and activities of an interaction designer
• Refine professional presentation skills
• To have several UX design Portfolio pieces 
• Exposure to stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization

Qualifications

• Working on graduate level degree in design, psychology, or technology a plus
• Solid understanding of user-centered design methodologies, visual design and usability
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Comfortable working in a high paced environment
• Comfortable with design critiques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with high energy and great attitude
• Comfortable working with cloud based design tools like Miro, Adobe suite, Figma and comparable design tools
• Working experience with Microsoft Suite of tools including, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
• Interest in the automotive industry

Pay Range is $18 to $20 per hour, dependent on education status.
