Job Description
We're seeking a Tech-Ops Manager to lead corporate IT operations for our fast-growing Startup private aviation company. This role is critical to ensuring our corporate staff has seamless technology experiences as we scale. You'll manage end-user support, collaborate with external hardware partners, and drive initiatives across our modern collaboration and identity management platforms. This role is based in Fort Lauderdale Florida.
Own end-user IT support and operations for corporate offices, ensuring high availability and user satisfaction
Manage and optimize our collaboration technology stack (Microsoft 365, Slack, and Zoom)
Administer OKTA identity and access management, including user provisioning, authentication policies, and security controls
Deploy and manage MDM solutions for Windows, Mac, and iPad devices across the organization
Partner with external vendors who handle laptop procurement and configuration, ensuring smooth device onboarding
Lead IT projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and user experience
Develop and maintain IT documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures
Provide strategic guidance on technology investments and infrastructure improvements

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience managing corporate IT operations and end-user supportStrong proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)
Demonstrated experience with Slack and Zoom administration and support
Hands-on experience with OKTA or similar identity and access management platforms
Expert knowledge of MDM solutions for both Windows and Mac environments
Deep technical knowledge of Windows, macOS, and iOS device management
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues
Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users
Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
Familiarity with aviation or regulated industry IT requirements
Background in scripting or automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
ITIL or relevant IT service management certifications
Experience with security and compliance frameworks
