2026 Finance Development Program Analyst | Richmond, Virginia | Hybrid
We're working with Genworth on this exciting opportunity.
This is a highly competitive program for recent graduates in finance, accounting, economics, and mathematics, offering two-to-three years of rotational assignments and formal training to develop key financial and investment expertise within the insurance industry. Participants will gain experience in various areas and build lasting relationships with senior leadership and peers, making it an ideal career launchpad.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in two-to-three, one-year rotational assignments
• Participate in formal classroom training in finance, accounting, investments, business strategy, and leadership development
• Develop key financial and investments expertise within the insurance industry
• Obtain finance, investments, and accounting experience in areas such as financial planning and analysis and portfolio management
What You'll Need:
• Must be graduating by January of 2026 with a Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Business Administration with a concentration in Finance or Accounting, or Mathematics
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
• Basic Accounting classes
• Strong analytical ability and communication skills
• Team player with high initiative and change orientation
• Geographic mobility (ability to rotate into the Stamford, CT or Richmond, VA office)
