You'll be joining a young and dynamic team of bright interpreters and editors who are passionate about language and culture. You'll find yourself working in a multi-cultural environment, as you'll be communicating with people from all over the world on a daily basis. The company will give you the opportunity to learn and grow, and will provide you with weekly language classes (English, Spanish, French, Esperanto, etc.), as well as field trips to learn about Shanghai and to discover expat hotspots.▪ Answer questions from callers according to the database▪ Provide over-the-phone interpretation service between Mandarin, English and at least one other language (Spanish, French, German, Russian or Arabic)▪ Meet customers’ requirements in a positive and professional manner
