AP Corp is one of the fastest-growing window film and graphics companies on the East Coast, and we’re expanding our Maryland operations team with an Experienced Architectural Window Film Installer . You’ll be responsible for installing architectural window film on residential and commercial projects — from high-end homes to corporate buildings. We’re especially looking for someone with experience in safety and security film installations (or the desire to master it).
This position isn’t just about film — it’s about ownership . You’ll work closely with our Field Operations Manager and Project Management team, helping ensure every job runs smoothly, efficiently, and up to AP standards. For the right person, this role is a pathway to leadership within our operations department.
Experienced pro : You’ve installed architectural window film a minimum of 3 years — residential and/or commercial.
Bonus points if you’ve worked with safety and security film , attachment systems, or large-scale glazing.
Leadership potential : You’re a natural problem solver, calm under pressure, and know how to earn respect through your work ethic and consistency.
Driven personality : You’re decisive, competitive, and hate leaving a job unfinished.
Independent operator : You don’t need to be micromanaged — you run your projects with pride.
Team-first attitude : You understand that leadership is about service and example, not ego.

Must have a minimum 3 years of previous Window Film & Graphics Experience
Self-motivated
Mechanically inclined.
Knowledge of power and hand tools
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Attention to detail and an eye for consistency.
