Position Overview:
A private couple with residences in Ocean Ridge, Florida and Jamestown, Rhode Island is seeking a Live-In /Out Domestic Couple or a highly skilled individual to manage and maintain their seasonal estate operations. This is a hands-on caretaking role with responsibilities spanning housekeeping, laundry, light cooking, property maintenance , and overall home management . The ideal couple will be intelligent self-starters , proactive in anticipating needs, and experienced in managing high-end homes.
Primary Responsibilities:
Housekeeper / Laundress (Partner 1):
Daily housekeeping of an 8-bedroom residence in RI and 3 bedrooms in Ocean Ridge
Deep cleaning, organizing, and seasonal refreshes
High-standard laundry care, including fine linens and delicate garments
Packing/unpacking for principal travel
Light household cooking or sous chef support
Houseman / Property Manager (Partner 2):
Houseman / Property Manager (Partner 2):
Daily walk-throughs and interior/exterior inspections
Coordination of vendors and maintenance schedules (HVAC, plumbing, wine cellar care)
Basic handyman skills and general upkeep of 2 outbuildings
Occasional driving and airport runs (vehicle provided)
Oversight of home security systems
Handle pet care
Garden work -flower planting, pruning, weeding, caring for a vegetable garden, but no heavy work expected.

Two small dogs (pet-friendly candidates required )
Candidate Profile:
Professional, discreet, and experienced working in private service
Loyal, long-term mindset with a strong sense of pride in caretaking
Highly organized and communicative
Comfortable working autonomously without micromanagement
Requirements:
Legal to work in the U.S.
Valid driver’s license (driving required )
Intelligent, initiative-driven, and dependable
No yard work required (gardening and lawn care handled externally)
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $150,000 to $175,000 Flexible / Based on experience (Please include your salary expectations when applying)
Private live-in accommodations provided in Rhode Island
2 weeks paid vacation
5 sick days annually
