Family Medicine Physician | $100K Loan Repayment + Sign-On Bonus + Supportive Team

Banner Health, a top-ranked integrated health system, is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join our primary care practice in Longmont, Colorado . Located just 20 minutes from Boulder and 45 minutes from Denver, Longmont offers the perfect mix of small-town charm and access to big city amenities.

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient clinic: M–F schedule with no weekends
• 36 hours of patient contact per week; 4 hours admin time
• Limited shared call (phone consult only)
• Medical Assistants, Front Desk, and leadership support
• Clinical responsibilities to include all ages, wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to the candidate's interest

Qualifications:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Valid Colorado medical license (or ability to obtain one)
• Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment

Banner Health’s Total Compensation Package Includes:

• Salary range: $235,000–$265,000 (dependent on experience)
• $100K educational loan repayment
• $60K sign-on bonus/relocation assistance
• Up to $18K resident stipend
• Paid malpractice and CME days
• Robust benefits package for you and your family
• Location qualifies for federal loan forgiveness
