**Description** Pay: $20-$23 1st Shift Monday to Friday 6am-4:30pm OT is mandatory Saturday 8-10hrs 2nd Shift Monday to Friday 4:00pm - 12:30pm OT is mandatory Saturday 8-10hrs Job Description Accurately interpret and prepare detailed work instructions and procedures. Proficient in the use of assembly tools, fixtures, and specialized equipment. Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical assembly processes and best practices. Assist with filament winding operations, including resin application and tool maintenance. Support rotomolding processes through material preparation and boss recovery tasks. Perform tank labeling and foam dome installation with precision and care. Assemble and package products to meet or exceed quality standards and delivery timelines. Lift raw materials, finished products and packed items Clean and Lubricate equipment Responsible for loading and providing raw materials, such as resin, paxon Support filament winding task such as resin squeezing, tool cleaning, setting up floor mat Responsible for disposing all scrap resin, fiber, cardboards Responsible for housekeeping, 5S maintenance Must be able to lift 50/lb They will be asked to work in different stations, stations below: Rotomold Operator - They are using the injection mold machines to make the tanks Winding Machine Operator - winding machines to wrap the tanks with resin/protective layer (takes more training, a couple of weeks, because there is a lot of troubleshooting and working with carbon fiber) Trailer Assembler - Getting tanks ready in the trucks, doing more pressure tests Tube Bending - Installing and shaping all the metal tubing that goes around the tank, the safety equipment Adapter, Volumetric, EOL Domes/Labels - measuring the tanks, checking that they're pressurized correctly (lowering into water tank, checking for bubbles), a lot of measuring, working with pressures a plus not necessary) **** **Skills** mechanically inclined, Machine operation, Production, resin, epoxy, composite, kevlar, pre peg, composite material, fiberglass, carbon fiber **Additional Skills & Qualifications** -At least 1.5 years of production or machine operation experience - Experience and proficiency with tools very important (Ask them to name off tools in a toolbox for you) - Plus to know how to use a torque wrench - Experience with visual instruction sheets or routers a plus but not mandatory **Experience Level** Intermediate Level **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
