What You Will Do
You will oversee and optimize daily operations across the digital marketplace, ensuring a seamless experience for both buyers and sellers. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to support product listings, order fulfillment, and drive operational efficiency.
What You Will Work On
Monitor marketplace performance and proactively resolve operational issues
Ensure product listings are accurate, compliant, and optimized for visibility
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support order processing and fulfillment
Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Contribute to process enhancements and automation initiatives
Support onboarding and training for new sellers and partners
What You Will Bring
Experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or related roles
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.)
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or other data tools
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
