Job Description

Are you an experienced wellness professional who loves helping people feel their best? Our esteemed facility is hiring for a professional, client-oriented massage therapist. We’re looking for a dynamic team player who has experience with a variety of massage techniques, is deeply committed to creating a positive client experience, and accustomed to treating a variety of physical conditions and creating individualized wellness plans. Assess and advise on each client’s unique needs, taking into consideration their level of stress, physical condition, and medical history, and offer recommendations for types of massage and treatment
Cultivate a welcoming work environment by making positive relationships with clients and staff
Make sure the massage table and products to be used on the client’s skin are ready before every appointment
Keep track of client treatment records and plans and monitor improvement
Suggest other available products and services that can help meet the client’s needs

Qualifications:

Must have licensure that complies with state and local laws
Proficiency in therapeutic massage techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, and reflexology
Massage therapy program completion preferred
Must possess high-level interpersonal and communications skills
Over one year of work experience as a massage therapist
