Convert showroom visitors into buyers through relationship-building and needs analysis
Explain vehicle features and financing options clearly and confidently
Conduct test drives and provide accurate trade-in estimates
Follow up with leads and manage customer relationships in the CRM
Collaborate with team members to hit daily and monthly sales goals
REQUIREMENTS:
Valid driver's license and clear background check
High school diploma or GED required
Strong communication and customer service skills
A positive attitude, professional appearance, and drive to succeed
