May administer topical medications per treatment requirements. **Job Requirements** **a. Minimum Education Requirement :** **b. Minimum Experience Requirement :** On the job training is provided. Excellent customer service skills required. **c. Minimum License Requirement :** Current California license as a COTA. NBCOT certification. Will accept limited permit with pending board examinations providing adequate supervision is available until therapist is licensed. BLS required. Annual 2 hours of stroke education required for those working at QVH. Shift: 7:30am - 4:00p (Sunday-Thursday) Delivering world-class health care one patient at a time.
