AlphaGraphics Commercial Printing Services is looking for an Offset Press Operator to run a state-of-the-art, 40-inch Heidelberg 6 color Press. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their craft and delivers high-quality work. This person needs to work well in a team environment and exceeds customer expectations through accuracy and quality.
Responsibilities:
Setting up, adjusting and printing on various types and weights of paper.
Maintain ink, cylinders and plates.
Program the machine and assess details, as needed.
Make adjustments, clean and lubricate the press to achieve optimal operation.
Perform all work according to job tickets, company and customer specifications.
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
5+ years operating a 4 - 6 Color Offset Press, Heidelberg preferred
Must have in-depth understanding of printing processes
Must have mechanical abilities
Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task
Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift and lift at least 40 pounds
