Order Picker/Packer
Pay: $15/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 a.m. – Finish (around 2–5 p.m.) | Some Saturdays required

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Order Picker/Packer to join a busy distribution center in Oklahoma City. In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurately packaging and preparing merchandise for shipment to retail locations. A successful Order Picker/Packer ensures products are packed safely, labeled correctly, and meet company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Pack merchandise into boxes or containers for shipping.
Verify item numbers, quantities, and packing labels for accuracy.
Inspect merchandise for damage or quality issues.
Use RF scanners or other tracking systems when applicable.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
Meet established productivity and accuracy goals.
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily department goals.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of warehouse/packing experience (3 years preferred).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent squatting, standing, walking, and reaching.
Must thrive in a fast-paced environment .
Effective as both a team player and independent worker.
Basic PC knowledge required.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Commitment to following procedures and reporting unsafe conditions.
